Larry Burrows was a famous English photojournalist who covered the Vietnam War. He was born in London on May 29, 1926. At the age of 16, he left school and took a job at Life magazine's London location. He covered the war from 1962 to 1971. His work was considered to be best from the war. He later died with his fellow photojournalists when their helicopter was shot down over Laos.
